Lexical offers clients retained ‘headhunting’. This enables clients to fully investigate and explore the market in order to secure the best possible candidate benchmarked against peers.
Where appropriate, Lexical will often offer clients advertising alongside this as part of the inclusive service. The majority of the work undertaken is on retainer. However, we will consider work from time to time on a contingent headhunting basis at senior level
in return for exclusivity for a period of time.
