Often also referred to as contingent recruitment, we recognise that market need is important. We appreciate that some clients wish to secure candidates on a non retained basis. We would normally ask for exclusivity, but accept that sometimes this is not possible if, for example, the client has been looking for a while.
Lexical is NOT an agency, therefore we work with some clients offering ‘contingent’ headhunting at the outset if appropriate. We approach each new assignment fresh, rather than revisit an old
database as we believe that often the best candidates are not
pro-actively in the market.
We also introduce candidates to clients whom we are working with,
particularly at the more senior level.
Due to our existing relationships with the legal press, we are also able
to pass on highly competitive advertising rates to our clients.
